Azimut AI
AI prices change several times a year and each provider publishes them differently: some in dollars, others in euros; some with VAT, others without; some with first-year promotions. We've gathered the official prices each provider shows for Spain as of October 6, 2026, with their source and their nuances. If you're reading this later, check the source: some have probably changed.

An important note: personal plans aren't designed for company data. In ChatGPT, conversations may be used for training unless turned off; in Claude, each user chooses. If your workforce already pays for personal plans with their own cards to do their jobs, that spend exists even if it doesn't appear in any budget.

What doesn't show up on the price list
Promotions that end
Copilot's €15.60 is a first-year promotional price, valid for contracts until December 31, 2026. From the second year you pay the regular €18.20. For a 100-person company, the difference is €3,120 a year.
Monthly versus annual billing
Paying month to month costs between 17% and 40% more: 17% for Claude Team, 24% for ChatGPT Business and 24% for Azimut, and 40% for Copilot versus the promotional price. In exchange, it doesn't lock you in for a year.
User caps
ChatGPT Business allows up to 200 users and Claude Team up to 150. Above that you move to Enterprise, negotiated at ChatGPT and seat plus consumption at Claude. Copilot moves from €15.60 or €18.20 to €26 above 300 users.
Usage billed separately
In Copilot, some agent features, such as Copilot Cowork, are billed by consumption on top of the license. Claude Enterprise charges consumption at API rates. The higher-usage seats, ChatGPT's premium at €105 and Claude's premium at €90, cost five times the standard. In Azimut, each seat includes a monthly credit allowance and consumption is visible by user, team, model and tool.
VAT
Microsoft, Anthropic and Azimut publish prices excluding VAT; a Spanish company pays 21% on top, which it recovers if deductible. ChatGPT shows VAT included for Plus, but doesn't say for Business.
Adoption
The biggest cost isn't on any price list: paid licenses nobody uses. Before buying for the whole workforce, measure who already uses AI, with which tool and for what, and measure again after three months.
Why Azimut costs more per seat
Azimut doesn't compete on price per seat: it's more expensive than Copilot, ChatGPT Business and Claude Team. What it includes is different: OpenAI's, Anthropic's, Google's and Mistral's models in one place and chosen per task, agents published company-wide that don't depend on the model, the connection to company systems with their permissions, and spend visible by team. If your company only needs an assistant, don't buy it. If it needs AI to belong to the whole organization rather than to one provider, compare total cost.

Per seat and at list prices, Gemini if you already pay for Google Workspace, then Microsoft 365 Copilot while the promotion lasts. But the real cost depends on prerequisites, user caps and how many licenses actually get used.
