Use cases by sector

Six scenarios of how a mid-sized Spanish company would use Azimut: which agents it would publish, where it would start, what would stay out of scope and how it would measure the change.

These are scenarios, not success stories. The companies on these pages don't exist: they're typical profiles for each sector, built to explain how the platform would be used. They don't describe any customer or claim measured results. When we have real cases, we'll publish them with names, numbers and the customer's permission.

The scenarios

What they have in common

  • Inherited permissions. Each person only gets answers from what they could already see in the source system.
  • The agent prepares, the person decides. Anything that goes to a client is reviewed and signed by someone.
  • Measured from week 0. Each scenario sets its baseline numbers before anything gets turned on.
  • What's out of scope, in writing. No connectors that don't exist and no high-risk cases under the AI Act.

Why by sector

What a department does changes little from one company to the next; the sector changes everything else: where the knowledge lives, what can't leave each team, what regulation applies and which systems have no connector. These scenarios complement the AI by department pages.

There's no recruiting scenario: candidate screening is a high-risk case under the EU AI Act and Azimut excludes it in its terms of use.
